The electrical cicuit for the FUEL PUMP incorpertaes an inertia fuel shut off (IFS) switch which will stop fuel being deliverd to the engine in the event of sudden accelleration or collision–It is fitted in the engine compartment ,fixed to the bonnet switch bracket-must be reset by pressing rubber top before engine will start.
