Bumper s/steel original shape, plastic end guards

Genuine Mini Spares manufactured Stainless steel bumper with original shape open ends but with small protective plastic/rubber added for safety precautions,which is wht we highly recommend this item rather than others. Made from our own tooling to our exacting quality and fitting standards. Rover converted this bumper to wrap over crimped ends for the MPI range for safety rule homologation-see DPB10166. As the open ended stainless has sharp ends we have added a small 1/4″ beading for protection which looks good but could be removed at your own risk–Watch your hands on the edges of stainlees bumpers as they are sharp when washing the car which is why Rover production had to crimp the ends inwards to make the cars legally homologated for road use. These are made in Automotive stainless steel material which bends easier than the originals in pure hard s/steel which gave problems in manufacture causing their demise.
